The Customers tab lets you see which accounts are active, when they last ordered, and who owns the relationship. This is where your team will spend most of their time and have most of their questions.
Start exploring your Customer List. The customer list is automatically synced with your company’s ERP. Use filters to quickly find specific customers by name, status, or tags—spending time here helps you navigate faster and work smarter.
Then, explore a Customer Profile. This profile is your hub for managing each customer’s activity and needs. Whether you’re checking a draft, reviewing invoices, or starting a new order, it all happens here.
Tip:use this time to verify that all necessary information is coming from your ERP to Cut+Dry and a customer has all the correct settings.
Visit the Settings section to configure how you want your customers to interact with Cut+Dry. Set payment preferences, order cutoffs, delivery zones, and more. This ensures everything aligns with your operations and policies.
Tip: the integration team will work with you on these settings during onboarding, but you can change them at anytime.
As an admin, the Dashboard is your command center. It gives you real-time visibility into your company’s performance across sales, customer activity, and platform engagement. Use the dashboard to guide your team, identify coaching moments, and drive smarter, data-informed decisions.
