Set up an order cut-off alert
Find out how to set up an all-customer order cut-off notification.

Overview
You can set up a notification to all of your customers, alerting them to order cut-off times, according to your company's schedule.
Tip: Setting up alerts in this method will alert ALL of your customers (who have not yet ordered). Customers may opt themselves out of order reminder notifications; refer them to Change your personal notification settings for instructions.
Follow these steps to set up the alert!
Set up an order cut-off alert
- From the side navigation menu, select Settings, then Orders.

- Scroll down on the Order Settings page and select the Add Alert button.

- Choose your alert settings.
- Send Alert: Decide how many hours before cut-off time the alert should be sent.
- Alert Method: Choose whether send by email and/or SMS.
- Alert Users: Select which customer role(s) should be included in the alert.

- Select Save Changes.
