Overview

Both you and your customers can now order multiple units of measurement (UoMs) of a single SKU in the same order. This option facilitates customers who may need to order both bulk and smaller quantities, and cuts out the hassle of making multiple orders. 

Order multiple UoMs from an order guide or the Catalog

1. Locate the product you want to order, from either an order guide or the Catalog, then select Multi Units from the Unit dropdown menu.

Adjust quantities during order review

• To modify: Click directly on the number and enter a new value or use – / +.
• To remove: Hover over the product card and select the Trash Can.

Other UoM functionality across the app

Spot pricing

If you have spot pricing enabled, selecting the margin or price field will open the Update Price modal. In this modal, you can see and adjust each UoM along with its cost, margin percentage, margin, and price. 

Per pound pricing

If you have products priced per pound (without the spot pricing feature), selecting the Update Price modal will allow you to adjust per-pound pricing for different UoM of the same SKU.

Stock availability

If you have stock-level information available in the app, clicking on the Stock Level tag opens a modal showing stock levels for each UoM of the respective SKU.

Purchase history (last order quantity)

Both you and your customers can select the Last Order column for a SKU to open a purchase history modal. This modal provides a detailed purchase history at the UoM level.

Cut-weights & split-weights

If your products require cut-weights and split-weights, you can now edit and split the final weight at the UoM level under the same SKU. In the Edit Order screen, select Final Weight to open the Edit Weight Details modal.

Hiding Multi Units

If you no longer want to see the Multi Units dropdown, select on the chevron at the bottom of the product card to collapse it.
