Report incorrect product information
Find out how to report an issue in the product details page

Overview
We strive to provide you with accurate product information; however, from time to time, you may encounter incorrect information. You can report issues directly from the product page and Cut+Dry will act on that feedback.
Follow these steps to report incorrect information.
Report issue
1. In the Product Details Page, click Report Incorrect Product Information.

Tip: You can access the Product Details Page through a customer's catalog or your digital catalog.
From the customer's catalog
1. Click Customers on the navigation bar.
2. Select a customer, then click Order Guide.

3. Switch to Catalog, then click on a product.

From the digital catalog
1. Click Catalog on the navigation bar.
2. Select a product.

3. Click Preview.

2. Complete the form by selecting the issue and adding more details and images, as needed.

3. Click Submit.

Result
The feedback will be sent to the Cut+Dry team for resolution. The correction will be automatically implemented within a few days.
