Configure Track notifications

Overview
Manage the track notifications your customers, drivers, and internal teams receive. To receive any of these messages, a notification must be enabled in the Distributor Portal and on the customer's accounts.
Tip: enable all notifications and allow your customers to adjust them based on their preferences.
Follow these steps to adjust Track notifications.
Manage notifications
1. Select Track from the navigation menu, then the Notifications tab.

2. Enable or disable a notification by clicking on the Toggles.
Tip: some notifications are enabled by default and you're not allowed to turn them off - they will have a blurred toggle.

3. Click Notification Example to view a preview of the message. Notifications cannot be customized.

Result
Your customers will start receiving notifications, if they have it enabled on their accounts.
