1. What if I am not receiving order tracking emails or SMS?
Make sure that you have delivery tracking notifications turned on and a phone number added to your profile. Refer to Change your personal notification settings.
2. What if the tracking link I was given is not working?
- Please reach out to your supplier via Chat for a delivery ETA.
- You can also email Cut+Dry support at support@cutanddry.com.
3. Can I receive or turn off tracking updates without a Cut+Dry account?
Yes—if your distributor offers Track+!
- Receive: Go here to signup for delivery tracking notifications.
- Turn off: Click the "unsubscribe" link within a tracking email, or reply with "UNSUB" to a tracking text message.
