Overview
Admin and AR team members can access a comprehensive suite of reports designed to provide actionable insights into your business operations. Sales reps don't have access to this data because it's not filtered by their accounts only.
Review these sections to understand the different functionalities and report types available in your portal.
1. Select Reports in the navigation menu.

2. Select the report you need and add the email and dates, if needed. Then, click Download or Email Report.

The Customer Base report provides a comprehensive summary of sign-ups, sign-ins, and orders for all customers in your system. Use this report to compare ERP data with Cut+Dry information, audit your customer base, and understand customer engagement through order statistics and sign-up status. Many distributors use this as a contact export to sync with other data sources or integrate with their CRM.
A summary of sign-ups, sign-ins, and orders for all your customers. Use this report to compare the information from your ERP to Cut+Dry or audit your customer base.

This version of the report can be found in the customers tab.
1. Select Customers from the navigation menu.

2. Click Manage Customers, then Export Customers.

Customer orders report

The Customer Orders report provides a detailed list of orders placed by customers or sales reps for a selected time period, including both order details and associated customer data. This report exclusively displays orders that originate from Cut+Dry, making it ideal for tracking platform-specific activity and ensuring orders are properly flowing through your system.
This report is particularly valuable during the initial platform launch to monitor customer engagement and order volume. You can also run similar order reports from your ERP system to compare data and audit that Cut+Dry orders are being processed correctly through your existing system.

It provides visibility into which representatives are driving customer engagement and which may need additional support or training to improve their onboarding efforts.

Pick list report

The Pick List report provides a summary of items based on order or delivery date during a specific time period. This report is particularly valuable for smaller distribution partners who don't have a warehouse management system, as it allows them to export the data to a spreadsheet for order preparation and fulfillment.
The report also serves purchasing departments by showing what items need to be ordered to fulfill future orders, though this requires all orders to flow through Cut+Dry for accurate data.
You can set up email notifications to receive the pick list automatically 2 hours after order cutoff times, streamlining your daily operations workflow. To do that, add your email to the Notification Emails field.
What information is available?
- Item code, description, UOM, and quantity
Item movement report

The Item Movement report displays all items sold through Cut+Dry orders within a specified time period. This report provides a Cut+Dry-specific view of product sales activity, focusing exclusively on orders placed through the platform.
While similar data may be available from your ERP system, this report offers a different perspective by isolating Cut+Dry sales performance. Use this report to analyze which products are performing well on the platform and track sales trends specific to your digital ordering channel.
For more granular analysis, the Customer-wise Item Movement Report provides the same data divided by individual customer.

What information is available?
- Item code, name, UOM, and price
- Total order volume and value
- Delivery and order date
- Order number
- Customer name and code (only in the customer-wise item movement report)
Catalog export report

The Catalog Export report allows you to export your product catalog data for analysis and comparison purposes. For portal users with import functionality, this report helps you identify differences between your imported catalog and the current system data.
This export is particularly useful when reviewing items as the spreadsheet format makes it easier to view and analyze large amounts of catalog data compared to reviewing items individually within the platform interface.
What information is available?
- Item code, name, and category
- Status
- Pricing
- Substitutions
Different Catalog Export reports
You can download a more robust catalog export from the Catalog tab. That report contains more information per product, like GTIN, brand and manufacturer information, if images were uploaded, and special flags such as proprietary items.
1. Select Catalog from the navigation menu.

2. Click Manage Catalog, then Export Catalog.

Pay customers report

The Pay Customers Report provides a focused view of customers who are actively engaged with Cut+Dry's payment features. This report exclusively displays customers who have adopted and are using the Pay functionality, filtering out non-participating accounts for clearer insights.

At-risk accounts report

The At-Risk Accounts Report identifies customers whose activity has drastically changed between the current month and the previous month.
