Create and review support tickets

Learn how to access and review your support tickets through the Cut+Dry support portal.

Overview

Stay informed about your support requests by accessing your submitted tickets through the Cut+Dry support portal. You can view all your submitted tickets, track their progress, review responses from the support team, and monitor resolution status. 

Follow these steps to view your submitted tickets.

Create a support ticket

You can create a support ticket through the portal or by email.

By Email

You can submit support requests directly by emailing: priority-support@cutanddry.com

  • Sending an email automatically creates a ticket.
  • For all new tickets, you can now reply directly to our email updates to stay in touch with our team.

In the Support Portal

1. In the distributor Portal, click on the In-App Support Center icon. Then, select Contact Support.

Tip: You can also navigate directly to support.cutanddry.com

 

2. Select File a Support Ticket

3. Fill out the form and click Submit.

Please ensure your have the right details:

  • Email: ensure the right email is used, we use this to track the ticket and provide updates
  • Ticket name: a brief description of the issue (Ex -"Catalog Item not visible")
  • Ticket description: a more detailed description. Please be as detailed as possible, providing steps to reproduce, images, example customer accounts, etc
 

 

Review existing support tickets

1. In the distributor Portal, click on the In-App Support Center icon. Then, select Contact Support.

Tip: You can also navigate directly to support.cutanddry.com

 

2. After you log in, click Tickets

6. Review and interact with all open or closed tickets you or anyone from your organization has submitted.

Tip: use the filters or the search to find a specific ticket. 

 

7. Click on a ticket to view more details and add comments. 

Register for the Support Portal

You need to register to submit and interact with tickets in the Support Portal. 

Important: We’ve moved to a new system on January 19, 2026, so you’ll need to complete a quick, one-time re-registration to access the Support Portal.

 

1. In the distributor Portal, click on the In-App Support Center icon. Then, select Contact Support

Tip: You can also navigate directly to support.cutanddry.com

 

2. Click Register Here at the bottom of the page.

3. Enter your email and password. 

Tip: password information will not be seen or visible by Cut+Dry staff. 

 

4. Agree to the terms. Then, click Save Password

5. You should have received a confirmation link to your email. If you do not see it within 5-10 minutes, check your spam. Once received, click the Verification Link.

6. After your registration is complete, proceed to log in.
