Add a new user to a customer's account
Find out how to add (invite) additional restaurant users to your customer's Cut+Dry account.

Overview
When you first invite a customer to Cut+Dry, we send the invite to the restaurant's primary point of contact. If they need to add more users to their Cut+Dry restaurant account, either one of you can do it!
Tip: If the same user is involved with multiple restauraunts or customer accounts, they do NOT need to be invited more than once. Simply follow the steps to Add a user to a customer account, adding that person to each customer account, using the exact same contact details.
Follow these steps to add a new user for one of your customers.
Add a new user to a customer's account
- Select Customers from the navigation menu.
- Find and select your customer.
Tip: You can search by Salesperson, use the customer filters, or start typing into the search box.
- On the customer profile screen, select the Invite New Users link.
- Fill in the new user's information.
Tip: Either an email address or mobile phone is required in order for an invite to be sent.
- Select either the Invite via text or Invite via email button.Tip: If a phone or email field is not filled in, the corresponding invite button will be greyed out.
Result
The new user will receive an invitation from Cut+Dry at the contact method you chose. They will be automatically attached to the restaurant you created them under.
