Add, edit, or remove team members

Overview
Though Cut+Dry is free for restaurants, you can add an unlimited number of team members as users to the app for your restaurant. Each user can be assigned one of four roles, all with different access to app functions.
Note: Screenshots shown were taken from an Android phone. However, all information in this article is applicable regardless of how you access the app: via mobile phone, tablet, or the desktop web portal.
Add a team member
- If using the mobile app, open the side menu by selecting the three lines.
- From the side navigation menu, select Users.
- On the Users page, select Add User.
- On the Add User screen, fill in the Name and Email or Mobile fields.
- Choose the new user's role from the Role dropdown menu.
- Choose the new user's associated location(s) from the Location dropdown menu.
- Select the Add User button.
Result
Cut+Dry will send an invitation to the user for you, letting them know they have been added to your Cut+Dry account. The mobile number or email address you enter will be their login credential.
Edit a team member's profile or role
- Open the side menu by selecting the three lines in the upper-left corner.
- From the side menu, select Users.
- On the Users page, selectthe user whose profile you want to edit.
- On the Edit User screen, edit the fields as needed.
- Select the Save Changes button.
Result
All changes are effective immediately!
Remove a Team Member
- Open the side menu by selecting the three lines in the upper-left corner.
- From the side menu, select Users.
- On the Users page, selectthe user whose profile you want to edit.
- On the Edit User screen, scroll down to select the Remove User link.
- Choose Yes when prompted.
Result
While the removed user will still be able to log into the Cut+Dry app, they will no longer be associated with your account. This means they will not see nor be able to edit your restauraunt's information.
