Overview
A public-facing catalog is a great tool for showcasing your product offerings to potential customers while protecting sensitive information like pricing. For more information, refer to Benefits of a public catalog.
Follow these steps to configure your public catalog.
Enable your public catalog
- Select Settings from the navigation menu, then Catalog.
- Enter a Public Catalog Alias to customize your public catalog URL.Tip: What you enter in this field will be appended to the URL displayed in the Public Catalog Link (url) field, which is the direct link you can provide clients to access your public catalog. Your alias must be all one word; spaces are not allowed.
- Toggle on Enable Public Catalog to activate the public-facing Catalog.Tip: Pricing and sensitive information like proprietary items are NOT included in the public catalog.
- Select Save.
Customize public Catalog settings
Public Catalog settings are accessed on the same page, by selecting Settings from the navigation menu, then Catalog.
Tip: Make sure to select the Save button at the top of the screen after making any updates!

Primary & Secondary Color
To make sure your public catalog aligns with your brand identity, you can set the primary and secondary colors for buttons, headers, and key visual elements.

Enable Printing PDP
You can allow customers to print or download a 2-page PDF version of any product detail page (PDP) from your public-facing Catalog.
Enable Product Discovery
Increase visibility and engagement by allowing customers to explore related pages from the product detail pages.
Enable Lead Collection
Put an "Add to Cart" button on your public Catalog's product pages that prompts users to complete a lead form, if clicked.

Product detail page (PDP) settings are accessed on the same page, by selecting Settings, then Catalog from the navigation menu.

Collapse PDP Sections by Default
You can choose whether nutrition facts, specifications, and other informational sections on individual product pages are expanded or collapsed by default.
Product Display Name Formatting
You can control how product names display in the Catalog, for both you and your customers. Select the default or opt to use the exact sentence casing from your ERP system integration.
Tip: Choosing any option other than source format will override your ERP naming conventions within the Catalog.
- Title case (default): Organic Honey
- Capitals: ORGANIC HONEY
- Lowercase: organic honey
- Source format: Use the exact formatting from your ERP system integration.
